I’ve been doing this work for over 26 years. Ways to Work Together
HypnoFertility support is available in several ways, depending on where you are in your journey and the kind of support that feels right for you.
One-on-One Support
Private HypnoFertility® sessions are the heart of the work. The primary conception program is 12 sessions, conducted by phone or video, wherever you are in the world.
I work on subconscious blocks, the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, the nervous system response that years of trying can create, and for those who feel it, the spiritual dimension of calling your baby in. I work with women conceiving naturally, through IUI, through IVF, and after loss.

Workshops and Group Programs
Self-paced and live offerings that provide structured support, education, and tools designed to support fertility, pregnancy, and emotional well-being.
Sometimes the private program isn’t where you are right now. Maybe the timing isn’t right, or you want to experience the work before committing to a full series of sessions.
The 9-session workshop is the closest thing to working with me one-on-one. The 3-session workshop is a spiritually focused companion to my book The 3 Keys to Conception. Both are available with instant access.
Pink StarLights and Spirit Baby Connection
For those who feel called to explore the deeper spiritual or soul-level dimension of fertility, the Pink StarLights offer connection, insight, and intuitive guidance.
Some of you will already know why you clicked on this. You’ve felt a baby waiting. You’ve had a loss that felt like more than loss. You have a sense of something just beyond what the medical journey can explain.
The Pink StarLights are extraordinary souls choosing to come in at this particular time, often through the most circuitous paths. This work is for those who feel called to understand the deeper, soul-level dimension of their fertility journey.
Private Session with Lynsi
Not everyone needs a program. Sometimes there’s one thing you want to explore, understand, or shift — or you simply feel called to work with me.
Each 90-minute private session is individually tailored to you, drawing on hypnosis, intuitive insight, spirit baby communication, and other aspects of my work as they’re appropriate.
You don’t need to be a HypnoFertility client, and your session doesn’t have to be fertility-related.
