Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss
Hypnosis for Miscarriage and Pregnancy Loss
Support for miscarriage, recurrent loss, and the grief the world rarely makes room for.

You are seen
Your grief is real, and it belongs here.
Losing a pregnancy is one of the most isolating grief experiences there is. It’s minimized by well-meaning people who didn’t know you were pregnant. By a medical system that moves quickly toward what next. By a culture that has never developed adequate language for a loss that was completely real to you and largely invisible to everyone else.
You knew that baby. You had already begun to love them. And then they were gone.
Before anything else: your grief is real. It’s valid. It deserves space and time and care, not just a protocol for what to try next.
Loss and the body
What loss does to the body and mind
Grief from pregnancy loss doesn’t only live in the conscious mind. It settles into the body. It becomes part of the subconscious story about fertility, about safety, about whether things can ever go right. Over time, especially with recurrent loss, the mind begins to brace in advance. The body starts expecting loss. This is an understandable response to repeated trauma. It’s also one of the things that makes subsequent pregnancies, and conception itself, harder to achieve.
Hypnosis works with this at the level where it lives. We don’t just talk about the loss. We address what it has left in the subconscious: the grief that hasn’t fully moved through, the fear that has taken up residence, the protective parts of you that formed around the pain.
Recurrent loss
Recurrent pregnancy loss
If you’ve experienced multiple losses, the layers compound. Each one adds to the weight of the ones before. The fear of being pregnant, because pregnancy now means the possibility of loss again, can become its own block. We work through those layers carefully, in the order they need to be addressed.
The deeper layer
The spiritual dimension of loss
I’ll say something here that medicine won’t say, but that many of the women I work with already feel: sometimes a loss is a soul making a choice. Not because there’s anything wrong with you or your body, but because that particular soul had its own path, its own reasons for the brief time it came through.
This isn’t a platitude. It isn’t a way to rush past the grief. It’s something I’ve witnessed again and again in my work with spirit babies and with the Pink StarLights. The souls that come through in loss are real. And for many women, finding a way to honor that experience, rather than only trying to survive it, is part of what allows the next baby to arrive.
The Pink StarLights
The Pink StarLights and pregnancy loss
This is the part of my work I approach most carefully, because I know how much it matters.
Some losses are a soul making a choice. Not because anything went wrong, but because that particular soul had its own reasons for the brief time it came through. In my work with spirit babies and the Pink StarLights over many years, I have witnessed mothers find extraordinary peace in understanding a loss this way, not as a failure, but as a sacred and intentional passage.
This does not bypass the grief. Nothing bypasses the grief. But for many women, understanding the deeper nature of what happened is part of what finally allows healing, and the next baby, to arrive.
Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
There’s no required waiting period. Some women contact me in the days immediately following a loss. Others reach out months or years later. Whenever you’re ready is the right time.
How soon after a miscarriage can I work with you?
Yes. Fear of recurrence is one of the most common and least addressed aspects of pregnancy loss. It lives in the subconscious and can affect both the ability to conceive and the experience of subsequent pregnancies. Addressing it directly is some of the most important work we do.
Can hypnosis help with the fear of miscarrying again?
Yes. Recurrent pregnancy loss is an area I have deep experience with. The work often goes into territory that standard grief counseling or medical treatment doesn’t reach, and the outcomes can be profound.
I’ve had multiple losses. Is there still hope?
No. If you’ve experienced pregnancy loss and need support regardless of your intentions about future pregnancy, you’re welcome here. The grief itself deserves attention.
Is this only for women who want to try again?

You’re welcome to reach out at any point in your journey, whether you’re in the immediate aftermath of a loss, in the process of trying again, or somewhere in between. There’s no right time. Whenever you’re ready is the right time.
